Refund

We always aim to refund via the original payment method.
If you paid by bank transfer, please provide the following:

• Bank registration number (sort code)

• Account number

Return Instructions

1. Print a copy of the completed return form you received by email.
2. Include the printed form together with the items being returned.
3. Send the returned goods to: Autolock A/S

4. Clearly mark the package label with: Return – [Order Number]
