Dear AutoLock customer,
Payment
With AutoLock you have the following payment options:

The amount will only be debited from your account after the goods have been dispatched. All amounts are stated in euros and include VAT. Before placing the order, the amount including VAT will be displayed. AutoLock transmits all your data using secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. Thanks to this secure connection, your data is secured and none of your personal information can be viewed by third parties.
Prices are shown both with and without VAT. If you are purchasing from an EU country other than Denmark, the VAT rate will be displayed in the payment window based on the country selection and/or an approved VAT number will be entered. If VAT number To avoid paying VAT to a country other than Denmark, authorization is done via Veis: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/. AutoLock uses an authenticated payment server that encrypts all card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no one can read your information
After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order is shipped, you will still receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Risk and ownership of the goods
1.1 The risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the delivery location specified by the buyer.
1.2 The Goods shall not become the property of the Buyer until the Buyer has paid in full all amounts owing in connection with the purchase of the Goods and all other amounts are or are available to the Company on any account can.
1.3 Until ownership is transferred to the buyer, he must:
1.3.1 Hold the goods in trust as a representative of the company.
1.3.2 Store the goods separately from all other goods of the Buyer or third parties so that they remain identifiable as the property of the Company and without incurring any costs to the Company
1.3.3 Markings on the goods and the packaging of the goods may not be altered or removed.
1.3.4 In the interests of the company, the insured goods must be maintained in a satisfactory condition.
1.4 Until the goods become the property of the buyer, i.e. until full payment has been made by the buyer, the buyer must hand over the goods to the company upon request. If the Buyer fails to comply with this request, the Company shall be entitled to enter any location owned or controlled by the Buyer where the Goods are located in order to take possession of them.
1.5 The buyer may neither pledge the goods nor use them in any other way as security for claims. He may not do anything that could affect the rights of the company. If the Buyer fails to comply, all amounts, regardless of what the Buyer owes to the Company, will become due for payment immediately.
1.6 The Buyer undertakes to insure the goods at full price against “all risks” to the reasonable satisfaction of the Seller until the goods become the property of the Buyer and shall retain proof of insurance. These must be presented to the company immediately upon request. If the Buyer fails to comply with this obligation, without prejudice to the Seller's other rights, all amounts owed by the Buyer to the Company shall become due for payment immediately.
Special provisions
Goods ordered by credit remain the property of AutoLock until the Buyer has paid for the goods in full. If the obligations to pay the loan are not included and additional costs arise, these will be borne by the buyer.
Delivery
AutoLock A/S delivers on all working days. The delivery time is approx. 3-5 working days if the goods are in stock - mainly applies to universal items. If the goods are not in stock, you usually have to expect a delivery time of an additional 5 working days - this typically applies to variant-specific items. The prices in the web shop do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs will be calculated and displayed to you during the ordering process.
If the goods you have ordered need to be adjusted, the delivery time will be extended.
Right of withdrawal
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the order. According to Section 355, Paragraph 3, Sentence 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the period begins with the submission of your declaration of revocation. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can inform us either by telephone (+45 7777 7700) or by filling out our returns form - the returns form can be found here.
Please always include a completed return form and a copy of the invoice with the return.
If the cancellation occurs before the goods have been dispatched, we recommend that you contact us immediately via our email info@autolock.eu or by telephone (+45 7777 7700).
Goods that are specially manufactured according to the customer's specifications cannot be returned. This also applies to goods for which there are special provisions (this will be clearly stated for the individual goods).
The buyer bears the return shipping costs.
Guarantee and warranty
If you want to complain about your goods, please let us know immediately - either by email info@autolock.eu or by telephone (+45 7777 7700).
All products assembled by AutoLock or another approved partner are guaranteed for 24 months. A 12-month warranty period applies to all items purchased without assembly, unless otherwise stated for the item in question.
If the product is installed by AutoLock, we provide an additional 2-year guarantee on installation and interventions - e.g. on the transporter. Also includes warranty on the rust protection carried out.
The warranty rights apply to material and/or production defects. If the complaint is justified, a solution will be found depending on the individual case (price reduction, repair or exchange).
If the error or damage was caused by improper or incorrect use or improper or incorrect assembly by the customer, it is not covered by the guarantee or warranty.
AutoLock A/S will cover the return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Special provisions
There is no new warranty period for goods that have been exchanged (subsequently delivered) or repaired (improved).

Packages sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
Refund
If a refund has already been agreed, please provide us with your bank details so that we can arrange a refund of the amount paid.
You are only liable for any reduction in value of the goods if the reduction in value is a result of use that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the functionality of the goods.
If the goods have already been tested/used, we no longer consider them to be new and this means that the right of withdrawal expires. In certain cases, a reduction in the repayment can be agreed, depending on the commercial value of the goods.
Reservations
Typographical errors, mistakes, technical errors, tax changes, price changes, sold-out goods, delays and changes due to special events, force majeure or weather reasons are reserved.
